Many Companies operate on a large quantity of anomalous and irregular communications by their Customers. Those informations come back to senders due to some errors or defects in the communications itself.
The project aims to provide the Customer with a back-office service, in order to create an updated and standardized master database. Thanks to a specially formed and trained team, Edita is in charge of the receipt of the documentation, the verification and the standardization of Customer master data. In the meantime, Edita proceeds also at control and targeted verification of the informations that do not comply, with calls to databases and public administrations.
